Y’all!!! This book, it’s author, and her work are absolutely phenomenal! I’m such a fan! “Naked Confidence” is a must read for any woman who struggles with standing confident in her truth and/or moving forward in her life for whatever reason....and, be honest, that’s all of us at some point!I can’t thank Coach Christen enough for the inspiration she’s provided me in my own life here recently. She’s equipped me with the tools to confidently know and declare that “I am enough!” on even the toughest of days. I celebrate and reaffirm that truth daily by wearing her beautiful Confidence Nuggets bracelet to remind me of that exact statement and that I’m the only one responsible for my confidence.

What a fantastic book. Read it cover to cover! Spot on in articulating the challenges of the female athlete! A must read!
Thoroughly enjoyed reading about Christen's confidence journey and found several "nuggets" that I will use as I work with young women. She shares with brutal honesty how learning and believing the truth about herself really did set her free. Thanks Christen for having the courage to write this book and share your experience so that many more women can be set free.
Beautiful journey to self-discovery. Confidence is underestimated and necessary. This book is transparent, authentic and HELPFUL. There will be times for you to stop and reflect so be ready ! Excellent for women, athletes and college girls !
What a difference vulnerability can do for us! NAKED CONFIDENCE is great for the coach and/or the athlete who wants to create a culture of authenticity with affirmations. Such an environment helps to clear the head for competition. Better yet, it cultivates confidence to live out the true potential of one's life. The author shares about her own experiences, and that of her athletes, who courageously stepped up to deal with the voices or regrets of their past-- voices and regrets that sabotage in competition or in living out our hopes and dreams. I recommend reading NAKED CONFIDENCE twice... once for the overview and twice for thoughtful application.
Wonderful book for any female who has built up walls from childhood, high school, college, working days or relationships that needs to tear them down to reach the next level of success. You may have recognized them or you may have not, but either way, it's a phenomenal book to understand yourself, or aid in someone to understand themselves. As a successful woman in my mid 30's, I only wish I had this book coming out of high school. I have a Master's in Human Performance and wish something like this was around to be implemented during that Master's work as well as my athletic days. This is worth the read, and worth the time to apply the steps no matter what stage you are in your life.
